Roland Heazlewood – QLD

Roland is an Elder of Mueller Community Church at Redcliffe, Queensland where he has served as part of the leadership team for thirty years. They have developed a holistic approach to ministry and regularly reach more than 2000 families by establishing a school, retirement village, aged care facility, child care centre, Bible College and other outreach ministries. He also serves on the Australian Missionary Tidings Board as well as the Queensland Missionary Advisory Committee. Roland and his wife, Robyn, have four adult children and six grandchildren.

David Shaw – WA

David is married to Suzanne blessed with 4 daughters, 3 son-in-laws and 4 grandchildren. He enjoyed 15 years with Bedford Community Church as General Manager of their employment services ministry. In 2002 he joined Focus Shopfitters as a director before moving to his current role in 2013 as Pastor and Elder at Duncraig Christian Fellowship. David is committed to encouraging churches to serve together and embracing the next generation into leadership. David is the chairman of the Association of Christian Brethren (WA).

Dr David Smith – WA

David, currently the Principal of Perth Bible College, has a background in a variety of business, pastoral and teaching roles. He is involved in leadership, training, preaching and overseas mission, having a heart for people to be gripped by God’s grace and equipped for a life of passionate service. In his capacity as Principal, David lectures in the fields of Pastoral Ministry, Leadership, Preaching, Theology and Hermeneutics. Cross culturally, he has been involved in leading short term mission teams and in leading Pastor’s Conferences in Cambodia since 2008. Nationally, he serves on the board of Emmaus Bible College and Christian Community Churches of Australia. David together his wife Judy and their 3 children attend Duncraig Christian Fellowship, Perth, Western Australia, where David has a teaching role and also serves as an elder.

Dr Len Smith – NSW (ACCS)

Len is Principal of Australian College of Christian Studies (ACCS). He has qualifications in Engineering, Teaching and Theology. He is a Board Member of Lutanda Children’s Services and The Sydney College of Divinity.

His aim is to develop The Australian College of Christian Studies through Emmaus Bible College by creating strong links with churches and para-assembly groups Locally, Interstate and Internationally. Len and his wife Merilyn are members of Botany Bay Christian Church.

Jeff Spencer – SA

Jeff spent five years with the Navigators while completing his B.E. at Adelaide Uni. He worked as an engineer at Bridgestone and later at the DSTO. He also obtained a Cert IV TAA and has lectured with TAFE in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and management. He has always been heavily involved in lay ministry, both on the Board of the Adelaide College of Ministries, and lecturing in disciple-making. Jeff also led the evangelism and discipleship program at the Prospect (and Oakden) Baptist Church, where Jeff served in Eldership, home groups and directing the young adults ministry. In 1998 he finished his B.A. in Christian Ministry, after which the family came to minister at Craigmore Christian Church where he is Senior Pastor. Jeff currently chairs the Christian Community Churches of Australia board.

Alex Worley – NSW

Alex is the Chairman of NSW Co-Ordinating Conference and is passionate about working with NSW churches in the network to fulfil their God given mission. He is a passionate follower of the Lord Jesus and wants to participate in Jesus’ Kingdom building mission. Alex is an elder at Botany BayCommunity Church and is married with two teenage children. Alex has provided strategic and operational consulting to large Australian and global companies with one of Australia’s top 4 consulting companies.

David Wraight – VIC

David is the Director of Ministry and Mission for Christian Community Churches in Victoria and Tasmania (CCCVaT). Along with serving and supporting local church leaders and communities David also devotes some of his time to mentoring and coaching global ministry leaders and assisting mission organisations to navigate change and renewal.
Prior to his current role with CCCVaT David served as the International President of Youth for Christ and for ten years resided with his wife Jenny in Denver Colorado. He is the author of two books: The Next Wave which describes how the world can be reached through empowering young people; and Kingdom Come which explores what happens—or what should happen—when God’s Kingdom comes in a person’s life, in the Church and in the world. David is keen to see young leaders empowered in our movement and the principles and praxis of God Kingdom applied in all CCCVaT churches and church plants. David and Jenny have three children and four grandchildren and are members of Warrandyte Community Church.
